Our support staff will monitor, patch, upgrade and maintain your servers, workstations, laptops and networking equipment while providing your staff on-going technical support for general day-to-day issues. Our plans are designed for businesses of all sizes and offer you a guaranteed reduced labor rate for the term of the contract. After your initial consultation you will be billed monthly instead of per incident.

All packages include a specific number of hours per month. These hours can be used for on-site, remote, telephone and maintenance/monitoring services. If your monthly total exceeds the included hours, you will be billed for the extra hours at the overage rate. Hours cannot be banked.
- Businesses receive a FREE network evaluation with each contract (2 hours maximum)
- Hourly rates are locked for the contract term (1 year)
- Scheduled on-site weekly or monthly visits are included (available upon request)
- Unused hours expire at midnight on the last day of each month
- Services are restricted to those identified by SolvingIT management as IT related
- Contract Upgrades are available at anytime (current rates apply)
- Regular Business Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday (larger packages are granted extra regular hours. see above)
- After hour support is available at the listed rate
- Customers with support plans outside of Alberta will be responsible for accommodations, travel and meals.
- Telephone & remote assistance calls will be charged a minimum 0.5 hours
- Onsite calls will be charged 1.0 hour minimum
- Support contracts can be modified to include extra duties
No Travel Charges within city limits (unless approved by SolvingIT management)
